Every design starts with hand-drawn concept art, which is taken to Zbrush for a sculpt.

The Zbrush high poly sculpt is re topologised in Maya then the low topology version is brought back into Zbrush to have the detail baked onto it.
The normal map, bump map and displacement maps are outputted from Zbrush and imported with the low polycount mesh into Substance Painter to create the textur.e, colour, metal and roughness maps.
